COLDENHAM FIRE DISTRICT LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND ANNUAL BUDGET PUBLIC HEARING PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Coldenham Fire District will hold a special meeting to conduct its annual public hearing on its budget for 2025 and for any other necessary business on October 15, 2024 at 6:30 p.m. at the Coldenham Firehouse, 511 Coldenham Road, Walden NY. A copy of the proposed budget is available at the Office of the Town Clerks of the Town of Montgomery, Town Hall, 110 Bracken Road, Montgomery, NY 12549 and the Town of Newburgh, Town Hall, 1496 Route 300, Newburgh, NY 12550 where it may be inspected by any interested person during their respective office hours. A copy of the proposed budget is also available on the Fire District's website www.coldenhamfd.org and on its Facebook page.
