TOWN OF PLATTEKILL
MOWING OF TOWN PROPERTIES
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, the Town Board of the Town of Plattekill will be accepting bids for "Mowing of the Town Facilities".
Bid packages with specifications are available at the Town Clerk's Office located at the Town Hall, #1915 Rt.4455, PO Box 45, Modena, NY, 12548. Office hours are 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday-Friday (8837331).
Bids will be received at the Town Clerk's Office until 11:00 AM on Monday, April 3, 2023. At that time, they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids received after the specified time will not be considered. Bid to be awarded on April 5, 2023 at The Regular Town Board Meeting.
Bids must be submitted on official forms and in sealed envelopes at the address above and shall bear on the face thereof, the name, address, phone number of the bidder, designation of the bid item exactly as specified above and "Town of Plattekill".
The Town reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and to re-advertise for new bids. Bids shall be awarded in accordance with General Municipal Law Section 103.
