NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
VILLAGE OF MONTGOMERY
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a public hearing of the Planning Board of the Village of Montgomery will be held on Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at 7:30 p.m. or as soon thereafter as can be heard at the Village Hall Board Room, 133 Clinton Street, Montgomery, New York 12549 to consider the application of Cynthia Reynolds and Robert Reynolds, who are seeking a lot line change among two properties in the Village, which is considered a minor subdivision according to the Village Zoning Code. The properties subject to the subdivision are located at 76 Weaver Street (designated on the Tax Map as Section 208, Block 1, Lot 49 and currently consisting of approximately .275 acres) and 78 Weaver Street (designated on the Tax Map as Section 208, Block 1, Lot 50 and currently consisting of approximately .327 acres). The lot line change would transfer 1,200 square feet of land from 78 Weaver Street to 76 Weaver Street. The properties are located in the R4 (1Family Residence) Zoning District.
A copy of the application and related documentation is on file at Village Hall and may be viewed during regular business hours. Written comments will be received by the Board no later than September 28 and such comments will be made part of the official record of the proceedings. Such comments may be e-mailed to tina.deputyclerkvillageofmontgomery.org or mailed to Village Hall at the address above.
