TOWN OF MONTGOMERY NOTICE OF ADOPTION LOCAL LAW NO. 5 of 2024 PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, at a regular meeting held on Wednesday, September 18, 2024, the Town Board of the Town of Montgomery duly enacted “LOCAL LAW NO. 5 OF 2024, A LOCAL LAW AMENDING THE TOWN OF MONTGOMERY’S ZONING MAP TO REZONE TAX PARCEL SECTION 14-1-10.2 FROM RA-0.5 TO I-3.” This Local Law shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State. Complete copies of the Local Law are available for inspection at the Town Clerk’s Office during regular business hours.
