TOWN OF SHAWANGUNK NOTICE OF PLANNING BOARD PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to section 274-a & b Site Plan Special Use of the Town Law and the Zoning Law of the Town of Shawangunk, as amended, the following Public Hearings will be held by the Planning Board of the Town of Shawangunk, County of Ulster, State of New York on “Tuesday”, October 1, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon thereafter as the matters can be heard at the Town Office Building, 14 Central Avenue, Wallkill, New York, for the purpose of considering the following application and for the conducting of any other business that may come before the Board: Public Hearing: One Stop Shop Supplies, Inc.- Applicant No.: 2022-07 SBL: 106.4-1-7.112, Address: 3050 State Route 208, Wallkill, NY 12589. Total area of subject parcel 2.578±. Property Class: Warehouse. Zoning Code Small Business (SB). Wallkill School District and Wallkill Fire District. The action is deemed to be an Unlisted Action per the SEQRA. The Planning Board is conducting uncoordinated SEQRA review. The Planning Board is reviewing the re-use of an existing structure on the site. The applications and plans will be available at the Planning Board Office at the Town Office Building during working hours Monday – Friday 12:00 – 4:00pm ten days prior to the Public Hearing. Any interested person may file with the Planning Board a written statement in lieu of or in addition to any remarks to be presented at the hearing. Such statements shall be signed and presented to the Planning Board Secretary prior to or at the hearing at the Town Office Building, 14 Central Avenue, Wallkill, New York or email planning@shawangunk.org. All parties and citizens interested will be given an opportunity to be heard in respect of the proposed application, but the Planning Board reserves the right to limit time for presentation to a maximum of five minutes.
