Lynn Allen Cione has been relieved of her duties as President and CEO of the Orange County Chamber of Commerce.

Marcel Martino, chairman of the Board of Directors made the announcement last week, in an email to the membership. No reason was given for the move.

“Director of Membership Heather Bell will serve as Interim President and CEO. Your Board of Directors will immediately begin a national search for a replacement in order to ensure that we find the best fit for our business community and the Chamber,” Martino reported. “Please continue to count on your Chamber as a trusted partner. We will provide updates as we move ahead. Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate your vital contributions to the Orange County Chamber of Commerce and our community.”

Cione joined the Orange County Chamber in 2014 after serving for more than six years as Executive Director of the Goshen Chamber of Commerce.
