One of first actions President Biden did after taking office on January 20 was to stop the construction of the southern border wall. Texas farmers, including those who live hundreds of miles north of the border, are asking the Biden Administration to pay for damages caused by human smugglers driving vehicles through their fields of crops, residences broken into, and families left stranded on their property.  Meanwhile as Texas residents fear for their lives, our own Department of Homeland Security has decided to build some security fencing.
