Karen Emma Trosclair of Newburgh passed away Tuesday, July 19, 2022, in Newburgh. She was 66.
The daughter of the late Lawrence Bernard Bentley and Ethel Catherine Bentley, she was born March 15, 1956 in Waverly, NY.
Karen worked as a prototype technician for HV Lighting, Newburgh. One of her greatest joys was being able to spoil her grandchildren. She loved cats and enjoyed collecting and displaying solar lit flowers and figurines for her garden.
Survivors include her husband Edgar H. Trosclair Sr. at home; son Edgar H. Trosclair Jr. & wife Jackie of Pine Bush; three grandchildren Brady Trosclair, Tanner Trosclair, Tyler Trivsanni; sister Ann Carney; sister Debbie Jaycox; brother Larry Bentley; sister Cindy Traver; brother Ernie Bentley; beloved dog Weezie and all of her cats
Nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews
And many friends, especially Bob Burton & Joan Pucino and Mike and Patty Bates
Along with her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Nancy Parmenter and mother-in-law Blanche Trosclair.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 26, from 4pm-7pm Millspaugh Funeral Home, 22 Bank St., Walden.. A service will follow at 7pm at the funeral home. Rev. James VanHouten will officiate.
Cremation will take place privately.
