The Town of New Windsor will host its annual Halloween Party on Friday, Oct. 25, from 6 to 8 p.m. at Kristi Babcock Memorial Park. The resident-only event will feature hayrides, a DJ dance party, a costume contest, trunk or treating, and a pumpkin patch. Pizza, drinks, and light snacks will be available for purchase at the concession stand.
