The New Windsor Town Board presented during their work session on Monday, December 5 that the town legal department is preparing a memorandum of understanding [MOU] with the Town of Cornwall and Village of Cornwall-on-Hudson.

The MOU will address dispatching duties for medical services into the town with the cost at $13,000 a year. Councilman Stephen Bedetti addressed the question about an escalation clause in the MOU which Supervisor George Meyers said the legal department would be looking to include.
