Pamela J. Vandermark, of the Town of Newburgh, went home to Jesus on Thursday, November 21, 2024. She was 68.
Pamela was born February 2, 1956 to the late John K. and Margaret (Sholes) Homan of Newburgh, NY.
Pamela, was a lifelong area resident. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a devout Christian who belonged to a few different local Baptist churches over the years. Pam loved reading her Bible, spending time with her grandchildren and playing board games with family. She loved listening to music, singing and dancing in the living room with her husband.
She is survived by her husband Walter Vandermark; her children Kristen Diehl and son-in-law Jason, Joseph Monteleone and his partner Ashley Tavares; a brother, John R. Homan; a sister, Diane V. Pena; three grandchildren, Lucy Cannizzaro, Matteo Monteleone and Liam Tavares; and several nieces and nephews.
Private cremation will take place at Cedar Hill Crematory.
Memorial Visitation for friends and family will be from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm on Saturday, November 30, 2024 at White, Venuto and Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 N. Plank Road, Newburgh, NY 12550.
A Funeral Service will follow at 4:00 pm at the Funeral Home with Pastor Jeff Vinci officiating.
