On October 16, 2022, shortly after 12:39 p.m., a member of the City of Newburgh Police Department was flagged down in the area of 31 City Terrace by a City of Newburgh resident stating he had been stabbed.
The male was transported to the hospital to be treated for non-life-threatening injuries.
