Orange County PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 2nd day of October, 2024, at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by the Planning Board of the Town of Wallkill at the Town Hall at 99 Tower Dr, Building A, Middletown, NY on the application of RDM Group, Inc. for Site Plan, Special Use Permit, and lot consolidation approval under Sections 249-38, 249-39, 249-39.1, 249-40 & 209-8 of the Town Code to construct and/or operate a 209,000 square foot light manufacturing facility with 28 loading docks and 209 off-street vehicle parking spaces with associated site improvements and related infrastructure and lighting on the premises located at Crotty Road, which premises is located in the Town of Wallkill, Orange County and identified on the Town’s Tax Maps as Section 60 of Block 1, Tax Lots 8.12 and 56.2. All parties of interest will be heard at such time and place. The public hearing will be held in person only.
