TOWN OF WALLKILL PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 2nd day of October, 2024, at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by the Planning Board of the Town of Wallkill at the Town Hall at 99 Tower Dr, Building A, Middletown, NY on the application of Crystal Run Galleria, LLC for Subdivision Approval under Sections 209-8 of the premises located at 1 Galleria Drive, Middletown, NY 10941, which premises is located in the Town of Wallkill, Orange County and identified on the Town’s Tax Maps as 71-1-92, 78-1-92.1, 78-1-93, and 78-1-93.1. All parties of interest will be heard at such time and place. The public hearing will be held in person only. Members of the public may attend the meeting in person to offer comment during the public hearing.
