TOWN OF WALLKILL PUBLIC NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on Wednesday, the 2nd day of October, 2024, at 7:00 pm, or as soon thereafter as the matter can be heard, there will be a Public Hearing conducted by the Planning Board of the Town of Wallkill at the Town Hall at 99 Tower Dr, Building A, Middletown, NY on the application of Sevdija Parlapanov for Site Plan and Special Use Permit approval under Sections 249-38, 249-39, 249-39.1, & 249-40 of the Town Code to construct and/or operate a single family residence on the premises located at 795 Route 211 East, which premises is located in the Town of Wallkill, Orange County and identified on the Town’s Tax Maps as Section 43 of Block 2, Tax Lot 46.1. All parties of interest will be heard at such time and place. The public hearing will be held in person only.
