The Town of Highlands Citizens Environmental Advisory Committee will hold its annual public meeting and picnic starting at 5:45 p.m. on Friday, Sept. 13 at Mine Dock Park in Fort Montgomery.

We are inviting our neighbors and friends to learn more about our activities, share your ideas for environmental projects and participate in the work. In case of bad weather, we’ll meet the following Friday (Sept. 20).
