NOTICE OF ADOPTION OF A RESOLUTION & ORDER

SUBJECT TO PERMISSIVE REFERENDUM

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town Board of the Town of Montgomery, County of Orange, State of New York, at a regular meeting thereof held on the 24th day of January 2023, did adopt a Resolution & Order pursuant to New York State Town Law Article 12A extending Town of Montgomery Ambulance District No. 1 which encompasses all properties located within the Town of Montgomery, Village of Maybrook, Village of Montgomery and Village of Walden. This Resolution & Order is subject to a permissive referendum pursuant to Article 7 of New York State Town Law. A complete copy of the subject Resolution & Order is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Office of the Town Clerk. A petition, to be valid, must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the date of adoption of the Resolution & order.
