NOTICE OF ADOPTION

LOCAL LAW NO. 1 of 2023

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE THAT, at a regular meeting held on Tuesday, January 24, 2023, the Town Board of the Town of Montgomery duly enacted "Local Law No. 1 of 2023, a Local Law Providing for the Administration and Enforcement of the NYS Uniform Fire Prevention and Building Code (The Uniform Code) and the State Energy Conservation Construction Code (The Energy Code) in the Town of Montgomery." This Local Law shall take effect upon filing with the Secretary of State. Complete copies of the Local Law are available for inspection at the Town Clerk's Office during regular business hours.
