Recently President Biden has attacked all Americans who believe America should be a great country calling them “MAGA” or “Ultra Maga Republicans”. Apparently, he conveniently disregards history when his fellow Democrat uttered the phrase “Make America Great Again”.

During a campaign speech in Little Rock Arkansas on October 1991, then candidate Bill Clinton righteously said “I believe together we can Make America Great Again”. That was inspirational then; but now that same phrase is used to equate Americans as Hillary once called Republicans “deplorables” or as then during the 2008 election campaign season Senator Obama called disenchanted voters as “they cling to guns or religion”.

Based on the current environment with 40-year high inflation, an invasion at our southern border of over 2 million CBP encounters in FY2022, high crime, high food and energy prices, what person would not want to return to the America before the Biden Administration’s attack on our domestic energy producers. Economics 101 basic principle of “supply and demand” explains why cutting our own oil and natural gas production results in worldwide price increases of those commodities. If America was producing oil and natural gas in the volumes it had been, the cost of these commodities would be driven down and it would also reduce the money Putin is getting to continue his war in Ukraine.

During the Presidential campaign of 1980 between Jimmy Carter and Ronald Reagan, “ Reagan delivered a knockout punch: “Are you better off than you were four years ago?”

Are you better off than you were two years ago?
