Retirees of the New Paltz Community invite retired men and women everywhere to the monthly breakfast meeting of Monday, August 1, 8 a.m., at the New Paltz Plaza Diner.

 Roger Robinson, professor emeritus, and author or editor of twenty books on literature or on running, will talk about his latest, “Running Throughout Time: the Greatest Running Stories Ever Told,” and about his life as a still competitive runner at age 83 on two knee replacements.
