RUPCO is currently administrating two grants to assist first-time homebuyers purchasing in Ulster County. The agency has funding has available from the NYS Housing Trust Fund Corporation to assist low-income first-time homebuyers with down payment and closing costs providing an average grant of $36,900. In addition, RUPCO is administering an Ulster County Community Block Grant Program to assist low-income first-time homebuyers purchasing residential homes in Ulster County (excluding the City of Kingston) with down payment, closing costs and repairs with grants of up to $49,200.
