Nicole Harrison was arrested by New Windsor Police and charged with harassment 2nd with physical contact in connection to an incident that occurred at a New Windsor Dunkin Donuts on June 12.
According to the police report, New Windsor Police responded to 1053 Little Britain Road, where a reported male, who was a driver for Amazon, was struck by a female and another male present at the scene had displayed a firearm.

Officers arrested Harrison and the other male, who was not identified by name but was her boyfriend, through vehicle license plate identification, descriptive notes of the assailants and tracking the path of the vehicle following the assault. Harrison stated to the police that her boyfriend had not been involved in the altercation between her and the Amazon driver and no weapons were found by the police upon arrest of the two individuals.

In the police report, Harrison stated to the police she struck the male Amazon driver following a verbal argument due to a close vehicle encounter. The male Amazon driver and Harrison argued in the Dunkin Donuts before heading outside where she struck him in the jaw. The male Amazon driver returned inside the Dunkin to grab a hand sanitizer dispenser but did not engage the two individuals any further as a firearm had fallen on the ground and the Amazon driver feared for his life.

The firearm in the police report was reported to be a BB gun that had fallen out of Harrison’s boyfriend’s lap, which belonged to his son. Officers conducted a consented search and were able to secure the gun from the boyfriend’s residence and it was placed into evidence. Harrison was scheduled to appear in the Town of New Court before Judge George Meyers on Tuesday, June 28 at 2 p.m.
