Charles A. Reynolds, of Wallkill, entered into rest on Thursday, January 13, 2022. He was 72.

Son of the late William and Beulah (Treadway) Reynolds. He was born on March 30, 1949 in Barboursville, WV.

A retired excavator and machine operator with I.U.O.E, Local 825, Middletown, Charles proudly served his country in the US Army and did a tour in Vietnam. He volunteered his time for many years with, Plattekill Troop 195 Boy Scouts of America and was known for his caring nature. Charles lived to help others.

Survivors include his wife, Doris (Newsome) Reynolds; a son, Robert (Elizabeth) Reynolds, of Wallkill; a daughter, Pamela (Kenneth) Golembiewski, of Beacon; six grandchildren, Megan (Nicholas) Olivetti, Daniel and Nicholas Golembiewski, Dylan and Amber Reynolds and Dara Barrack; three great grandchildren; nieces and nephews, Evony Whitt and Debora Collins, both of Culloden, WV, and Ralph Collins and Delbert Collins, both of Milton, WV.

In addition to his parents he is predeceased by a sister, Sharon (Eloise) Hysell.

Visitation will take place on Friday, January 21, 2022 from 4 to 7 p.m., at White, Venuto and Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 N. Plank Road, Newburgh, NY 12550.

A Funeral Service will take place Saturday, January 22, 2022 at 10 a.m., at the funeral home with The Rev. Dr. Jessica Anschute officiating. Burial will follow at Modena Rural Cemetery.
