Newburgh City Council approved at the cost of $157,563.94 for an executed contract through the city manager for professional services from CDW Government, LLC to purchase and install Cohesity cloud management and data security hardware and support services. According to City Manager Todd Venning, this purchase was an approved item in the city budget for the year 2023.

City Information Systems Manager Nicholas Crispino presented the item to the council during their work session last Thursday. “This backup appliance is to serve the entire city’s data and make sure that it’s encrypted and locked down,” said Crispino.
