Newburgh Gold’s Gym has presented to the Town Newburgh Planning Board a proposed site plan for a new chiropractic office and facility.

According to planning board records, the multi-exercise facility sits on a 7.2 acre parcel off of New York State Route 17K. The two story workout facility, located on Racquet Road in the Town of Newburgh, includes an exercise area, indoor track, pool, various courts and other amenities for club members to utilize.

The site plan proposes a newly constructed chiropractic suite located on the first floor of the facility with a two to four member staff throughout the day. The proposed construction would change 837 square feet of interior space.

The office would be located inside to the right of the entrance of the workout facility and there would be new proposed signage added to the front exterior of the building.

The planning board will not hold a public hearing on this amended site plan and the board requested a list of services provided by the business for the record.
