The Town of Marlborough Recreation Committee and the Town of Marlborough Police Department will host "Halloween in the Park: Freak or Treat" on Saturday, Oct. 26, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Cluett Schantz Memorial Park, 1805 Route 9W.
