More than 80 Veterans to receive a hero’s sendoff at New York Stewart International Airport on Saturday for the Hudson Valley Honor Flight Trip. Saturday’s flight was the Walden-based nonprofit’s 25th mission to transport veterans from the Hudson Valley to Washington, D.C. to tour the memorial sites. It had been scheduled two years ago, but was postponed because of the Covid pandemic.
