New Kingdom Hall eyed for Little Britain Road

Posted

The Town of Newburgh Planning Board declared itself as lead agency for the project known as Kingdom Hall located at 33 Little Britain Road and would circulate the plans to the Orange County Department of Planning for review and approval.

The proposed project, represented by the firm GPI (Greenman-Pedersen, Inc), seeks to construct a new single story, 4,992 square foot Kingdom Hall facility with a single access drive. The project property was listed on a 6.8 acre parcel that would require tree clearing and demolition of an old house on site.

A lighting and landscaping plan has been prepared and submitted to the town planning board for their review and approval, a bracketed stone wall entrance has been proposed similar to the neighboring site and a tree survey has been carried out by a contracted arborist.
