MG & MK Enterprises, LLC appeared before the New Windsor Planning Board with a proposal for a building usage change and additional site changes at 320 Mt. Airy Road where Hemp Farms of New York operates their facilities and business.

The proposal seeks a change in building usage, expansion to the parking, adding new equipment and adding a guard shack and gate at the entrance to the facility. An additional two-story steel building was also proposed for the site. The site plan also included a paved firelane.

Meeting documents list that the town planning board had requested new site plans from the applicant for more clarity on the proposed project improvements. Other comments from the planning board’s engineer were for the applicant to address the existing septic system, the town fire inspector should review the plans and the applicant should review water main improvements for the site.

Engineer Robert Gray is representing the applicant for the project. Hemp Farms of New York was not available to provide a comment on the proposed project.
