Newburgh women charged with felony possession of documents

On January 20, at approximately 2 p.m. State Police arrested Gloria Paz Ponce, 29 and Eda Paz Ponce, age 20 both from the city of Newburgh for Falsify Business Records 1st degree, Possession of Forged Documents, and Offering a False Instrument 1st degree, all felonies.

State Police were contacted by the New York State Department of Motor Vehicles involving Gloria Paz Ponce and Eda Paz Ponce who presented fraudulent utility bills and fraudulent bank documents at the DMV office in Middletown, NY to obtain a New York State License.

Both were released on an appearance ticket returnable to the City of Middletown Court.
