Patrick B. Quinn, of the Town of Newburgh, entered into rest after a brief battle with cancer, on Friday, February 17, 2023. He was 66.

Son of the late Harold E. Quinn, Sr., and Edna F. Moroney-Quinn, he was born on October 3, 1956 in White Plains, NY.

A retired commercial roofer with V. Cassallaro Roofing, White Plains, “PQ”, as he was known to family and friends, later worked part time as a flagger for Central Hudson. He was an avid reader of history, trivia and mystery novels. Enjoying baseball, football, basketball and golf, he was a diehard Yankee’s fan. As a child PQ and his brother often jumped on a train to see a doubleheader. He was a friend of Bill and a lover of chicken parmigiana.

Survivors include his wife, Debra Retta-Quinn; a brother, Harold Quinn, Jr., and his wife Lynn of Elmsford, NY; one niece and two nephews; many cousins, including a special cousin, Dennis Moroney; and his fur babies, Millie and Clancy.

Private cremation has taken place at Cedar Hill Crematory.

A Funeral Service will take place 11 a.m., Saturday, February 25, 2023 at King of Kings Lutheran Church, 543 Union Avenue, New Windsor, NY 12553.
