Renee C. Cromie, of Wallkill, entered into rest on Wednesday, March 8, 2023. She was 49.
Daughter of the late Richard S. and Edna A. (Halstead) Hoffman, she was born March 11, 1973 in Poughkeepsie, NY.
A lifelong area resident, Renee was a disabled homemaker. She loved to read, especially Sylivia Brown novels. Renee was fond of animals and enjoyed watching Lifetime movies.
Survivors include her husband, Robert G. Cromie; two daughters, Adena (Josh Kurdyla) Cromie of Wallkill and Angela Cromie, also of Wallkill; a brother, Kevin Hoffman of Edinburg, TX; and two sisters, Tracy Mackey of Milton, and Josette Rubino-Tucker of Browns Summit, NC. Also, many nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Renee was predeceased by a daughter, Alex Cromie and a brother, Michael Rubino.
Private cremation has taken place at Cedar Hill Crematory.
Memorial Visitation will take place Thursday, March 16, from 4 to 6 p.m., at White, Venuto and Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service,, 188 N. Plank Road, Newburgh.
A Funeral Service will take place at 5:30 pm, at the Funeral Home.
