Morgan Duke Conservation Society announced the first public cleanup of the year on State Route 52 Walden Adopt-A-Highway in Montgomery, New York, beginning at 12 p.m. on Sunday April 23.

The community is invited to participate in this event. Goal of the event is to pick up litter along the main road between Dollar General and Freedom Road Bible Church. DOT will provide safety vests, bags, gloves and hard hats and Morgan Duke Conservation Society will provide snacks and water. Participants under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present to sign them in.

RSVP is required to get an idea how many supplies Morgan Duke Conservation Society needs, and participants who attend must fill out a DOT sign in sheet that will be emailed to them. Please RSVP at morganduke.ngo/52, and questions can be sent to Volunteer.office@morgandukecs.ngo. Thank you to the Wallkill Valley Cemetery once again for allowing use of the cemetery parking lot.
