On July 10, Congressman Part Ryan voted against the Safeguard American Voter Eligibility (SAVE) Act, HR 8281. That bill was intended preserve the integrity of our elections by preventing illegal aliens from voting in Federal elections.
Apparently, Congressman Ryan is okay with your ballot being cancelled by an illegal’s ballot. The bill passed the House but Senator Schumer, basically killed the bill by not allowing it to be voted on in the Senate.
The following day, July 11, Congressman Ryan again voted no. This time it was against a joint resolution, 165, that was intended to protect women and girls’ education programs or activities. Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in federally funded education programs or activities. The Biden Administration basically want to allow males who identify as females to participate in girls’ sports and locker room activities.
During the Covid pandemic, Dr. Fauci many times stated that his conclusions were based on science and therefore should not be questioned. During the questioning of future Supreme Court Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson, she was unable to answer Senator Blackburn’s question “Can you provide a definition for the word woman?” Genetics determines whether a baby will be a girl or a boy. Girls have two X chromosomes (XX), and boys have one X and one Y chromosome (XY). That determination impacts the child’s growth. On average males weigh more than females. On average, males are taller than females by about 10%. Males are generally physically stronger than females and males in general have denser, stronger bones, tendons, and ligaments.
Recognizing those differences, Congresswoman Mary Miller introduced H.J.Res.165 - Providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of title 5 to protect girls from the Biden Administration’s plan to allow males who identify as females to participate in girls’ sports and locker room activities. Sadly, once again, Congressman Ryan voted no.
