The New York State Department of Transportation has advised motorists that State Route 94 eastbound will utilize the turning lane, between Tarkett Drive and Brewer Road in the Town of New Windsor, beginning Monday, February 13 at 9 a.m. through Monday, May 1, to facilitate a water main replacement, weather permitting.

Motorists are urged to slow down and drive responsibly in work zones. Fines are doubled for speeding in a work zone.  Convictions of two or more speeding violations in a work zone could result in the suspension of an individual’s driver license.
