Lineup at 9:15 a.m.
Parade steps off from formation at West and Third Street promptly at 10 am. Parade proceeds down West St to Broadway, then turns onto Liberty Street and continues to Washington's Headquarters.
Memorial Day services will begin at Washington;'s Headquarters at approximately 11:30 a.m..
