On Monday, October 24 at 7pm, the Gardiner Open Space Commission will host an informational session to explain the logistics of agricultural land preservation including Conservation Easements and potential funding sources. Scenic Hudson’s Director of Land Conservation, Cari Watkins-Bates and Red Hook Supervisor, Robert McKeon, will describe case studies in which municipalities, conservation organizations and farmers worked together to leverage each other’s expertise and create positive outcomes for local communities.
