The Village of Montgomery Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Wednesday, October 26 at 7:30 p.m. to consider the application by a Rowley Development Corp. for a 9-lot major subdivision for the construction of 7 two-family dwellings in the R-6 zoning district and a mixed use commercial and residential building in the B-2 zoning district.
The public hearing will consider the application for major subdivision approval, site plan approval and special exception use approval.
The property has frontage on Clinton Street and Railroad Avenue.
