Attendance: 200+ Guests Description: Hudson Valley Magazine hosts its 4th annual Women in Business Luncheon to be held in conjunction with the magazine’s December issue showcasing leading area businesswomen. This sit-down luncheon features a keynote speaker and recognizes the accomplishments of the women profiled in the issue.

Festivities will begin at 6 p.m. Boy Scout Troop 31 of Montgomery will be on site giving out free cocoa for everyone! Events are: 6 p.m. – Fox Hill Community – Christmas Caroling; 6:15 p.m. - 1st viewing of Live Nativity – Freedom Road Bible Church; 6:35 p.m. – N. Y. School of Music – Christmas Carols; 7 p.m. – 2nd viewing of Live Nativity; 7:20 p.m. – Walden Elementary School Community Choir – Christmas Caroling; 7:40 p.m. Santa arrives and tree lighting! Afterwards all are welcomed to visit St. Andrew’s Hall for FREE pictures with Santa and refreshments furnished by the Walden Woman’s Club and the Walden Community Council.

Ulster Ballet Company Presents 'A Christmas Carol'

On Friday, December 6th through Sunday, December 8th, 2019, the Ulster Ballet Company (UBC) will present a unique rendition of Charles Dickens’ holiday classic, “A Christmas Carol,” at the Ulster Performing Arts Center (UPAC) in Kingston, NY. The Ulster Ballet Company is proud to be in its 25th season of this spectacular production, which has become a holiday tradition among Hudson Valley audiences. Featuring a cast of more than 60 dancers, actors and stage professionals from the Hudson Valley, the company presents this heartwarming and emotional tale of redemption through the use of narration and dance. With spectacular lighting and special effects, colorful costumes, and stunning set design, this classic production captures the rapt attention of audiences of all ages. “A Christmas Carol” boasts breathtaking backdrops designed and painted by Leslie Bender, a highly acclaimed local artist who has worked extensively with Ulster Ballet Company. Performance and Ticket Information: Friday, December 6th at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, December 7th at 4:00 p.m., and Sunday, December 8th at 2 p.m at UPAC, 601 Broadway, Kingston, New York.
