Barbara J. McMillan, a lifelong Newburgh resident, entered into rest on Monday, April 13, 2020. She was 69.
Daughter of the late Elmer and Hazel (Bowen) McMillan, she was born on February 4, 1951 in Newburgh, NY.
Barbara was a retired Quality Control Inspector for Osram/Sylvania in Maybrook. Barbara loved anything that included her family. She was passionate about her gardening and was an avid reader and antique buff .
Survivors include her partner of 40 years, Robert Kincaid; a son, Daniel Kincaid of Blooming Grove, NY; two daughters, April (Joshua Tesman) Rifenburg, of the Town of Newburgh, and Lisa (Joseph) Garruzzo of Suffern, NY; two brothers, Thomas McMillan and family of Walden and David McMillan and family, of FL; two sisters, Peggy Feritti and family, of Walden and Rose Gida and family, of Pine Bush; and three grandchildren, Christopher, Jonah and Shea.
All Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
Arrangements are under the care of White, Venuto and Morrill Funeral and Cremation Service, 188 N. Plank Road, Newburgh.
