Earth Day was celebrated on April 22, and April is the beautiful season God speaks to us, in the marvels and wonders of His world. If we listen carefully with a pure heart, we’ll hear His poignant words in every crystal-clear singing brook dancing with healthy fish, and in the lush meadows with beloved song birds serenading us, and in the amazing beauty of magnificent trees with arms stretching up to the heavens, and in the celestial miracles of the sky.

God has given man rule over the works of His hand and more than ever, He needs us to protect His creation by raising awareness and promoting support of environmental protection. Too many health problems, in both children and adults, have been linked to environmental degradation. We’re all in this together, and our schools and communities are educating even the youngest, as families are making it a family affair, by going green and living more sustainably, as they consistently recycle, eat healthy and use energy more efficiently. We can all do our part for a troubled planet, in small but significant ways. Learn how to make a difference at EarthDay.org.
