The City of Newburgh is pleased to invite the community to attend a Swearing-In Ceremony on Monday, January 8, honoring Torrance R. Harvey as he is sworn in as Mayor, Omari Shakur as he is sworn in as an At-Large Councilmember and Robert McLymore Sr. as he is sworn in as an At-Large Councilmember of the City of Newburgh City Council.

The ceremony will take place during the regular City Council meeting beginning at 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers located at 83 Broadway, Newburgh.
