For 10 years, I have had the opportunity to work with Kelly Allegra and Sylvia Santiago - two hard-working women who are government officials in New Windsor. Their commitment and work ethic was recognized by New Windsor Supervisor, George Meyers, who broke new ground with them on his bipartisan ticket. And, they won their respective offices. George continues to have faith in them with his continued support for this coming election.

For 4 years, Kelly Allegra as Town Clerk reorganized town functions. She has used technology to create on-line accessibility for permits and licenses. Her leadership enabled her office to perform over 1600 notarized documents in 2023. In the past four years she has implemented technology to create on-line submissions of licenses, permits and multiple official documents you need as a resident.

When COVID crippled so many offices, she found creative ways to work through the pandemic affecting so many lives. She scheduled hundreds of Covid vaccination appointments for local seniors stymied by the confusion.

Kelly established a dog park and a free annual drive-through free rabies clinic vaccinating over 400 pets.

Sylvia Santiago was appointed Deputy Supervisor by George Meyers. She has created the Farmer’s Market, Senior Health and Wellness Fair and the Booster Clinic. She has volunteered at the Orange County Office of the Aging, the American Legion and various youth organizations.

Join me to re-elect Kelly Allegra as New Windsor’s Town Clerk and Sylvia Santiago as Town Council Member. New Windsor needs their commitment, ethics, professionalism and experience.
