The Town of Newburgh Planning Board issued conditional site plan approval for the project known as Fabulous Events on Thursday, October 5. The project will need to return at a later meeting for Architectural Review Board and signage approval.

Fabulous Events, Inc, an entertainment service and rental company, was looking to move their business and operations up to the Town of Newburgh with a facility to be built along North Plank Road and Crab Apple Court. The project is represented by the firm Lanc & Tully.

MHE Engineering comments have noted that previous comments addressed by the planning board have been resolved, a stormwater facilities maintenance agreement will be required and a New York State Department of Transportation permit for access and utilities will be required. The usage of the site should be identified on the site plan and the tree preservation plan should be in compliance.
