Taking away the voice of ‘We The People’

A recent letter stated that Democrats are right for removing Marjorie Taylor Green from all committees. I disagree. 229,827 Americans in the 14th district of the state of Georgia elected Marjorie Taylor Green to be their voice and represent them in Washington, DC.

By removing Rep. Green from these committees it is taking away the voice of 229,827 in the state of Georgia “We the People”. Did anyone think to ask, of the 229,827 Americans that voted for Rep. Green, how many are men and woman serving their country overseas in our military? Are they retired members of our armed service, police, firemen or first responders who elected Rep. Green? Removing Rep. Green from all her committees is a slap in the face to all the Americans that elected her to Congress. Taking away their voice and vote is against what America stands for.

In the letter it claims that Rep. Green spews hateful and violent rhetoric. In the Democratic Party that behavior gives you high ranking and Chairmanship. No one has spewed more hate and violence then Democrat Rep. Maxine Waters. Rep. Waters has called for attacks on Trump cabinet members, has referred to Team Trump members as scumbags. Rep. Waters has also gone so far as saying “I will take Trump out tonight” and she didn’t mean dinner. For her reprehensible behavior in 2019 she was rewarded the Chair of the House Financial Service Committee. Rep. Green was targeted for what she stands for and not what she said. The Democratic Party and many of the spineless coward Republicans are in fear for their political lives. Rep. Green and many of the newly elected Conservative women to Congress are not going to be told sit down, be quite, fall in line and do what we say. They are bringing something different to Washington, DC. the voice of “We the People” and America will be better for it.
