Christmas in the Square

Festivities will begin at 6 p.m. Boy Scout Troop 31 of Montgomery will be on site giving out free cocoa for everyone! Events are: 6 p.m. – Fox Hill Community – Christmas Caroling; 6:15 p.m. - 1st viewing of Live Nativity – Freedom Road Bible Church; 6:35 p.m. – N. Y. School of Music – Christmas Carols; 7 p.m. – 2nd viewing of Live Nativity; 7:20 p.m. – Walden Elementary School Community Choir – Christmas Caroling; 7:40 p.m. Santa arrives and tree lighting! Afterwards all are welcomed to visit St. Andrew’s Hall for FREE pictures with Santa and refreshments furnished by the Walden Woman’s Club and the Walden Community Council.

Town of Newburgh Annual Tree Lighting

Town of Newburgh Annual Tree Lighting celebration will be held on December 6, 6 p.m.at Chadwick Lake Park. Hosted by the Town of Newburgh Recreation Department and sponsor Miss Cindy’s Neighborhood Nursery School. Montgomery Village Neighbors Show Art and Handmade Gift Items

Saturday, December 7th, from 10:00 a.m to. t0 5:00 p.m., at 153 Clinton Street in Montgomery, a collective of local artists will hold a holiday boutique, featuring woven mittens and hats, jewelry, paintings and drawings, sculptures, holiday decorations, greeting cards, cutting boards and bowls, multimedia boxes and more. Cider and snacks served and local artists will be present for a meet and greet.
