Charlotte P. Haywood of Wallkill passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022 at Garnet Health Center, Town of Wallkill. He was 79.
The daughter of James and Frances Muskus Ross, she was born on March 13, 1943 in Cleveland, Ohio. She was a paralegal at Ozman Law Office, Walden.
Charlotte is survived by her husband, Lee D. Haywood, Sr. at home; son, Ronald J. Haywood (Laura) of Wallkill; daughter, Amber Crosby of Montgomery; sisters: Veronica Overbaugh and Temple Funck both of Ohio, and Katherine Mooney of Wallkill; granddaughter, Kaitlyn; nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her son, Lee Haywood, Jr. and bother, Clement Ross.
A visitation will be held from 2 - 4 p.m. and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday, November 10 at the Gridley-Horan Funeral Home, 39 Orchard Street, Walden.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, November 11th at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Wallkill Valley Cemetery, Walden.
