Gerald Burger of Walden passed away Tuesday, April 12, 2022, in Nyack, NY. He was 75.
The son of Ambrose Burger and Marie Holsart Burger, he was born June 27, 1946 in Newburgh.
Gerald was an inspector for the NYS Department of Health, Westchester.
One of Gerry’s favorite pastimes was his daily visits to Stewarts for his morning coffee and conversations with his friends.
He was the widower of Kathleen L. Burger (nee Heaslip).
Survivors include his son Bryon Burger and his wife Mary Penn; grandchildren Bryan Burger and Melissa Burger; great-grandchildren Blake and Logan; sister Marie Burger-Zaccagnino and husband Michael; brothers Dwayne (Tink) Burger, Garth Burger and Merwin Burger; sister-in-law Ruthie Burger and many nieces and nephews
He was predeceased by brothers Arlie and Ambrose (Jake).
Burial will take place privately.
