Joseph Allen Wright a resident of Middletown entered into rest on July 5, 2022.
The son of the late Earl “Paul” Wright and Melas Willis Wright, he was born on February 18, 1945 in Goshen. He graduated from Goshen Central School, class of 1963 and served 3 years in the US Army as a PFC 1st class. Joseph was employed by Robert A. Keasley of NY, NY, Boston Chicken in Goshen, and retired from Dunkin Donuts in Montgomery.
He is survived by his sister, Marie Terwilliger of Walden; nieces, Lisa (John) Giannino of Pine Bush, Donielle (Duke) Lake of Suffern; great niece, Alannah Giannino; great nephew, Sean Giannino; Aunt Pauline Wells of Phillisburg, NJ; Uncle John (Janet) Magee of Stroudsburg, PA and many cousins.
Cremation was at the Cedar Hill Crematory, Newburgh. Graveside services will be private at the Orange County Veterans Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Goshen Humane Society.
