Library to host Defensive Driving Course

The Pine Bush Hook & Ladder Ladies Auxiliary invites everyone to their Annual Indoor/Outdoor Yard Sale on Friday and Saturday, May 10 and 11, at the firehouse on 2405 Route 52. There will be a wide variety of items for sale, so be sure to stop by and find something special for yourself!

Don’t forget about the Town of Crawford Town Wide Yard Sale on Saturday, May 4, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Take a stroll around town and see what treasures your neighbors have for sale.

Mark your calendars for the upcoming Board of Education meetings: Thursday, April 18, at 7 p.m. at Circleville Middle School, and Tuesday, May 8, at 7 p.m. at Pine Bush High School.

Also, remember that the Budget Vote and School Board Election will be held on Tuesday, May 2.

The Pine Bush School District will be closed on Monday, April 29, for a Snow Day Giveback.

If there are any further closures before April 29, school will remain open as usual due to Spring Recess.

Last week, the Pine Bush Area Library hosted a fantastic event to observe the solar eclipse, drawing in around 300 people. It was an awe-inspiring experience for all ages, with activities and explanations provided by Mr. Kevin Kreeger from the high school.

Don’t miss out on future events at the library.
Coming up on the 20th of April is a Defensive Driving class being held at the library from 9-3. You can save on your insurance or points off on your driving record. The cost is $30 for Seniors 60+ and $40 for 18-59. You must register in advance. Call 845-744-4265 x2.

Do not forget Pinochle, Scrabble and Bridge days. They also have knitting, crocheting and something new, needle punch. Check them out.

May 15 They are having a tick program.
May 18 Defensive driving class.
May 29 Alex Prizingas on the Catskills
